Idea, Model, and Concept

Idea, Model, and Concept are the three wines that are included in the modern enological project. There is more to these wines than just being part of the project, they represent long history of their country of origin. The symbols on the label are made in the letters of the Glagolitic alphabet. It pays homage to the origins.

Going Back to the Origins

By going back to the origins, we try to preserve history and traditions of Montenegro. We use bio-integral farming in our wine making process. Starting from planting the vine and ending with the bottling of the wine, we never use any artificial and synthetic materials or technological solutions that may cause environmental damage. We always try to use only natural ingredients as fertilizers. We do not use machinery a lot. Its use limited because heavy machinery puts the vertical stress on the soil. Thus, making it over consolidated. The grapes are harvested by hand. During green harvesting, we remove two thirds of the fruits from the vine so that the remaining third got more sugar and minerals.

Living in Harmony with Nature

The grapes are harvested by hand. Vines grown in harmony with nature are strong. They provide high quality grapes. Such grapes reflect the properties of Terroir, the region in which it grows, to the fullest extent possible. We create the wine of the future with the help of our past. We believe this to be our mission. We strongly believe that living in harmony with nature means never disturb its natural balance.
