Meanwhile Vintage 2018 is ready for bottling! Production process of red wine Tammuz Amphora is unique. Only best grapes of Kratosija (same variety with Primitivo, Zinfandel) goes to the wine. We start with 45-60 days fermentation in qvevri, and having after 120-180 days aging in Terracota. Finally we get dry red wine with delicate aroma dominated by sweet cherry, raspberry jam and cinnamon-like spices. Fruty driven in the palate, with smooth velvet tannins and great complexity.
